With a back ground in Event Production, we specialize in creating thoughtful and functional trips. Our current clients range from Corporate to Individuals. Are you looking to book a large room block, a quick 2 day get away or perhaps your Honeymoon with a full itinerary to keep you busy - whatever it is, we’ve got you.

Best for single trips and well‑defined itineraries
- Destination research & curation
- Flight strategy and booking

- Fully coordinated itinerary (PDF + shared calendar)
Fee: $2,250 USD
- On‑trip support is not included, except in limited cases such as hotel check‑in issues.
- Light support during travel can be added for an additional Fee: $500 USD (restaurant rebookings, minor itinerary changes)
For clients who prefer active support while traveling
Includes everything in The Essential Package, plus:
- Real‑time itinerary adjustments
- Ongoing vendor coordination
- Remote assistance for unexpected changes
Fee: $4,000 USD
Designed for larger or multi‑generational trips
- Includes comprehensive planning and coordination across:
- Multiple rooms and properties
- Transfers and activities
- Complex schedules and time zones
Fee: typically $5,000–$8,000, depending on group size and complexity.
